How to recover Windows xp home when only license key is available?

I have Toshiba lap top with windows xp Home SP-3 preloaded operating system. I want to re-load/format the computer but I have no recovery CD etc. only License key is available. what should I do, my computer is not working properly? Its slow.

After you have reformatted your computer you can download the latest version of SpellQuizzer from www.SpellQuizzer.com/Download.htm and install it. You can use your original registration key to re-register the software. If you need your user name or key re-sent to you then you can always request that they be re-sent to you at www.SpellQuizzer.com/KeyRequest.asp.
